If you search t sleep in a very traditionnal japanese Ryokan (tatami bed, and futon bed), it's perfect. For a budget price, we got a huge room of 45m2 with sea view! At night, we can hear the nice sound of river. The hotel is 13min by walk from atami station and 9min from beach (just follow the river, between very quite old streets).
