事前にメールで送られるパスワードでエントランスのオートロックセキュリティーを解除してホテル内に入館→チェックインするのですが、Expediaのアプリ自体ではパスを探す事が出来ず、エントランスロビーにはスタッフが誰一人おらず立ち往生。 海外から来た他の宿泊者さんもホテル内に入る事が出来ず、困っているところに既宿泊者さんがヘルプしてくれてやっとホテル内に入れました。 またチェックイン・アウトはロビーの備え付けタブレットにて行うのですが、こちらに関しても宿泊者が自身でやらなくてはいけないシステムになっています。 駐車場の場所に関してもネット上では探す事ができません。こちらから電話でヘルプに連絡して場所が分かるシステムです。 人件費を削減する為に上記のシステムを導入しているのかもしれませんが、本来人を配置した方がベターな場所に人員を割いていない為、フリードリンク・フードの場所でもプチカオスな部分が見受けられました。 建物・部屋自体は非常に綺麗なのにソフト部分のサービスが悪すぎです。勿体ない。もっと他社のシステムを参考にされたらいかがでしょうか。 ハイシーズンの宿泊費用としては場所等を考慮すると妥当な設定かと思われますが、上記の対応の悪さからコスパは非常に悪く感じました。
