"Air conditioner went off during the first night and couldn't be repaired and we had to move into another room. The elevator didn't work either, so all the time we had to climb up stairs to our room which was on the third floor. Maintenance didn't seem in a position to fix this during our entire stay (3 days). Showerhead was faulty (room 2311)."
