I would definitely return. Staff is very polite and helpful. It would be a lot easier if English was spoken by the restaurant staff but the food is very good, overall I cannot complain.

The commodity of the Hotel is perfect. Nonetheless, the service is horrible. There weren't people to help with the luggage. Only the service at the bar and restaurant were very polite and outgoing with the guest. The rest of the staff needs to be more friendly and easy going with the guests. Overall, I will give it 2 starts.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day. During our stay, housekeeping accidentally dropped and broke one of our prescription medication bottles. They immediately informed management, resolved the situation without hesitation, and replaced it at no cost to us, even making sure we received the correct dosage. Their professionalism and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with any questions or requests. They truly made us feel valued as guests. The restaurant staff was also exceptional. Service was attentive, warm, and efficient, and every meal was an enjoyable experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations because of its outstanding customer service. Every department went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Asunción.

Nothing stood out. It’s just a newly renovated hotel. I found more value in a boutique hotel than Sheraton Asunción.
