The food and the staff were fabulous! The hotel itself was beautiful and felt quite luxurious. It was very quiet and as a solo traveller I didnā€™t meet anyone while I was there. It was likely the time of year (end of July). The location was great for walking to the shopping center and lots of great restaurants. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully it will be a bit busier.

My 4th stay I believe. I will never stay there again and in my 30 years of professional travel I have seldomly encountered this kind of cold and unprofessional management. Hotel itself and location are excellent.

One of the towers doesnā€™t really feel like a hotel. The main building is nice. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant was closed for one week during my visit which we found very disappointing as we would use it to entertain and dine with our guests

The hotel is in an area that is quiet, not far from the shopping mall, there are a couple of restaurants around it, letā€™s say I never felt unsafe in the area, and the people were very nice in Paraguay overall.

Staff steered by management is mostly fake friendly and hotel is not run by a mentality based on hospitality and understanding. Professional travellers will pick this up immediately. However hotel is nice and clean in a good area.

nice place for a long-term stay.

Nice property for a long-term stay as it felt a little isolated even though it was only a few blocks from a large shopping center. The gym looked nice, it was a full gym that has numerous members from outside, but I was told that I would have to pay for a day pass, which was a negative.

Hotel was nice but the room is very bƔsic. Bed, desk, TV. Breakfast was ok. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. The gym was excelente. I wish the gym in my apartment building was as nice. I didn't really like the Ɣrea. There was a good size mall near by with a few nice restaurants but no stores to buy snacks or beverages. Also there are no tourist attraction near by. I would give it a higher rating if it were in a different location.

Beautiful hotel, well located, stayed in the 2nd building on the 6th floor two-floor suite. Room was nice and clean, thereā€™s an outdoor pool and a restaurant on the same floor. I would have rated them 5 star but at check-in I told them I hadnā€™t paid for the room yet, the desk assured me that no it was already fully paid.. next day I come back to the hotel after a day out.. room door is locked, I had to go back down to check-in for them to mention me the room was not paid.. duh! Secondly I paid for 3 nights for two guests knowing my friend would only stay one night, breakfast was included for 2 for all nights. At check-out time, I come to find out that theyā€™re charging me for one breakfast because my friend didnā€™t registered at the desk, how ridiculous.
