Cosy studio by the sea in Pera Gialos Astypalaia (old harbor) with an amazing view, above the yacht marina, with the possibility of hosting up to 4 people. Located 20 meters away from the sea and 100 meters away from the beach. It has 2 double beds and one large sofa. One bathroom with a shower, two balconies overlooking the aegean sea and a fully eqiped kitchen. If you would like to bring your pet with you, please ask us first.

#### Lovely home overlooking old port

Aggelo home is a perfectly restored traditional home just at the port. The house is spacious, spottless clean, comfortable and more than fully equipped. Lovely small balcony and superb terrasse are part of the home; you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch there, relaxing on your seaview. Just one step away from everything and quite in same time Aggelos the owner lives at the ground floor with the lovely dog Meli. He is a very kind person, always cheering and caring for you, wathewer your needs could be. Nice to sit and spend some time talking with him, may be drinking a coffe. One of my best experiences ever, I will definitely choose this house again and suggest to any friend wishing to visit the island.

#### Cosy appartement with a stunning view

The appartement is not so big but very cosy and has a stunning view over the small harbour right in front of it. It has all the equipment we needed. The typical very hard greek beds are every time we visit Greece, a challenge for us who are used to soft beds!The small bathroom is in need of more fresh air. Unfortunately we could not make use of the beautiful big terrace most of the time because of the strong notorious north-west wind, wich we regretted much. Around the small bay are a lot of good restaurants, fresh bakery and supermarket. The owner, Aggelos Loupos, lives downstairs with his sweet dog Meli. He is a very kind, helpfull man (he even tried to save the worst bedproblem by bringing an extra mattrass) with a lot of humor. We loved our stay there.
