This place was incredible! My wife, our two teenage sons, and I stayed here for a few days in July while visiting our daughter, and it exceeded our expectations.The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. My wife especially appreciated the high-quality blender for making her morning smoothies.The home was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and everyone slept well.What really set this property apart were the thoughtful little details. The motion-sensor lighting in the hallways and beneath the stair handrails was a fantastic touch—it provided just enough light to safely navigate the house during the night without being too bright.The home also has central air conditioning. While most homes in Astoria don't typically need AC, it was reassuring to know it was available if we wanted it.This is the kind of vacation rental that raises the bar. We'll definitely be using it as the gold standard when comparing future places to stay.
