In the district of Casabianca 4 km from the centre of Asti, 49 km from the centre of Turin, 35 km from the centre of Alba, in the countryside. For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:30). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Asti" 1 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.  
4-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) walk-through room with 2 beds.
