"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"Jusy Too bad. No recommend anything. Not kind. Poor breakfast. No supply water. No infra around. No credit card accepted. No gym. No swimming pool.
I don't have anything good to remember. Hotels.com must re-evaluate the level. I moved to other hotel even after paying room charge."
