Hotel and facilities were generally great, plenty of different pools and areas to choose from - particularly liked that some of the smaller/childrens pool were shaded. Family apartment was large and well equipped - only negative was the shower was cold for our stay, we did report to concierge and reception but nothing was done to fix, it was a shame because everything else was great! I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.
