South Point is one of the best locations in town with very rare underground parking!

Enjoy your own patio and grill overlooking Red Mountain and Aspen.

Walk 3 blocks to the gondola or out your back door to lift one. Half a block from Wagner Park and the Rubey Park bus station.

Never clean snow off your car with underground parking.

Amazing stay
This property was clearly just renovated and it was beautiful and so comfortable. The owner thought of everything from hair dryers, outfitting the kitchen, lovely linens, fans, etc. The location is amazing! One block from the big park and all of the amazing shopping and restaurants. The gondola was just a few blocks away and grocery store was a very short walk as well. COVERED parking was super convenient. Owner was extremely responsive from the time we booked and all through our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
