Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, 315 Park Avenue is within walking distance to hiking trails, parks, and downtown Aspen. Additionally, this property is on the free town shuttle route (RFTA), with a stop steps away from the driveway. Summer visitors enjoy natural cooling from the river and the plentiful trees shading the property. This home also has air conditioning. For winter guests and ski enthusiasts, the house is 75 feet from the bus stop which will transport you to the Silver Queen gondola. Guests are welcomed by an entry hall with a large boot room and a neighboring office. Also on the entry-level, the primary bedroom impresses with its balcony overlooking the river, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower.
