We went to check in on 9/25/26 and while the lobby was decent, the entire rest of the property was super sketchy. People staring as you go to your room. Felt completely unsafe the entire 20 minutes we were on the property. We went to our room to find someone was still checked in! He showed me in the book where they were supposed to have been checked out like that mattered. As someone who's been in hospitality, there is supposed to be someone who checks the rooms. He talked over me when I was trying to explain what happened, then tried to just switch my room. I asked for a refund and it was like he was trying to hurry me out the door. I stayed for a receipt. I guess it wasn't his fault, but if he gave me a key to someone else's room, who's to say a key to mine wouldn't be given out? I think the staff needs to communicate with each other more and take their job more seriously.

"This stay was for a last minute business trip. The staff was very helpful when present. My room was mostly clean (pics of dirty spots) and felt cozy. The a/c worked well and wasn't too loud. The parking lot was clean and safe. I would not stay here for a family trip but it was good for a last minute ..."

"I couldn’t get checked in until well past the published check in time. The room charges were overpriced from my perspective. I made the reservation to be able to take advantage of the rooftop restaurant. However it was closed for a wedding party. If I had known when making the reservation I would ..."
