The room was very clean. The breakfast was great and the view from terrace, beautiful. We enjoyed the experience of staying in the Medina. What made the stay great was the staff - kind, accommodating, patient and their hospitality was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would stay there again.

I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.
