Enjoy the porch swing for morning coffee or dining. Watch wildlife in the huge front yard and enjoy the fresh air. Use the pier for fishing or relaxing in your spare time. Two parking spaces are just 20' from the porch. The space features a large bedroom with cozy queen bed with new Zinus memory foam mattress- perfect for a good night's sleep. The bedroom has a smart TV, 9' ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, ceiling fan, quality linens, recliner, large dresser, black out curtains and a large walk-in closet. Crockpot, blender, etc. are furnished along with basic paper products and pantry items. With amenities like wireless Internet, iron & board, laundry access, dedicated thermostat for central AC and Heat, guests will feel right at home. The main home laundry is available with outside entrance for your laundering meeds.
