"We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. "Staff was super nice and helpful, and the overall property is is good shape, but the property is either undergoing some significant renovation, or more likely a significant repair as much of the common space on the ground floor is closed off (by plastic sheeting) and a makeshift situation is in place to serve breakfast in the lobby. would have been nice to have this made clear before booking the property."
