Very clean. Very comfortable beds with large flat-screens. But there is no air conditioning vents upstairs so it so kind of warm in the bedrooms. However, the provided desk fans were very appreciated.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I would not recommend this property or host. Upon arrival, I was initially given the wrong side of the duplex. In the correct unit, I found dust on the floors, human hair and 2 dead bugs on the beds, 5–6 opened food items in the refrigerator, and used bath and hand towels in the bathroom. I immediately contacted the host and sent photos.The host explained that his cleaners had been there for 2.5 hours but were rushed and had failed to properly clean the floors and check the refrigerator. He said he understood if I could not stay and offered a 100% refund if I chose another accommodation, or a 50% refund if I stayed. He also recommended two hotels. One was full and the other only had availability for one of our two nights. I booked the available hotel and notified him that I had left and he could issue my refund. The hotel had a cancelation the following night, so we were able to stay again, but those two nights cost me double what they VRBO cost. He then stopped responding. I contacted him multiple times and eventually gave him a deadline before contacting VRBO. He never responded.VRBO contacted him multiple times, including a supervisor and an official refund request, but he repeatedly refused to refund me. I am now awaiting VRBO's decision.The most disappointing part is that he sounded honest and reasonable on the phone and offered the refund himself. I had no reason to believe he would later refuse to honor it. I would be very cautious booking with this host.
