"Everything was perfect! Every worker and guest we encountered were super nice. The rooms are very clean and parking was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again. I want to send a special thanks to the gentlemen who was attending the breakfast station. He was very kind and courteous. One last thing, all though I did not use, I felt the building was very handicap accessible for someone who might be in a wheelchair or have difficulty walking far."

"There are three people who serve as the host(s) for this property so every time you have a question, you get an answer almost immediately. We were in town for a sibling reunion, my mother being the oldest of nine, at 84. We learned that a brother, 77 years, was sleeping on a blow-up mattress on the floor at my aunt’s house so we asked if we could house him with us and we would pay an additional cost. Within minutes, our answer was there; of course he could stay, and at no cost. It proved to be unnecessary, he stayed where he was, but it was great to have immediate feedback. The unit itself was great. It had everything we would ever need (excluding perishables). We were not there for any meals but did take note of the fully equipped kitchen and pantry items. We took advantage of the Keurig coffeemaker, including the pods available. Our total dishes used: 2 coffee cups, 2 spoons. The TVs are streaming, my mother was unfamiliar with the process so it was a learning experience for her. There are two skylights, one in each vanity area of the bathrooms. This is a great feature, but it did cause sleep interruption with the sun rising. A sleep mask is recommended. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby for any needs, including a Maverick convenience store that is a short walk away and is a great place to get coffee and donuts."

"There's a LOT to like about this place. Perfect location for us, great backyard, proximity to food/grocery, quiet neighborhood for our kiddo to get rest for early games, comfy beds, the house stayed cool, and had all the amenities needed for our trip. We'd stay here again if we had the same tournament and some minor fixes are made.That said, there's some areas that could use some updating/maintenance. The bathrooms need a real scrub down and probably new shower curtains. The one in the main bedroom is very stained and the inner lining slimy after one shower. The shower pan was slick, either with soap residue or other build up. The second bathroom was much the same. The front door has a pretty good gap between the floor and door on the left side. Probably not the best for pests and the AC bill. Feels like fairly simple fixes though and otherwise the house is fine."
