All good

The hotel was typical 'off the peg' but was very comfortable and offered great facilities. The room was a good size, with everything you would need for a good nights stay. The all you can eat breakfast offered good value, together with 24hr lobby hot drinks was a welcome service after a long drive.

Great one night stay. All amenities in the room were good. Could have done with larger shampoo and lotion bottles. Easy walking to shops and restaurants.

Everything was excellent. The area, the food, the room, the very comfortable bed and the staff.

Being a motel I was worried over what the room would be like. After seeing the room I can say this was one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and a nice size. The bathroom was very large and clean. I would definitely recommend this motel

A lovely stay at the Black Swan hotel in Lee for my birthday. Room was nice and comfortable, sweet balcony area to watch the sunset over the lake. Close to many attractions, ie, Norman Rockwell museum, outlets, pretty town, Botanical gardens and more. Would definitely go back again. Thank you

Super self contained room, welcoming hosts and good meal at the Shaker Inn restaurant next door. Lovely little town. Coffee at #6 in old railway station in town a must.

Great quirky old hotel in the centre of town
