It's in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes walk from downtown. A great place for a couple but there is an air mattress available for one or 2 additional guests. Comfy and cozy. A good place if you want to not be in a busy area.

The property welcomed pets, it had a nice little yard for our dog to have sime space. It was very welcoming property as soon as you stepped through the gate. There was A/C in both the living space and bedroom which cooled both spaces. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy carriage house that was just perfect for three adults and two dogs. Great communication from the host and the place was so comfy and cool when we arrived on a very warm evening. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was easy to figure out. Close to downtown. It was a perfect place for our two day stay in Ashland.

Very cute spot in a nice neighborhood. Not too long a walk to Lithia park and local amenities. The owner messaged several times during my stay to check in and I felt well taken care of.

Cozy 1 bedroom in an incredibly convenient location (could have walked to downtown if it wasn't 97 degrees). Owner generously stocks the rental with amenities, and AC, furniture and owner's responsiveness made for a very comfortable stay.
