OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs. \-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay. \-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room). \-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts. \-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog. \-Dogs must be crated if left unattended. \-All excrement must be picked up outside. \-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure. \-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property. Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount. The hot tub chemicals are balanced twice a week. The tech is onsite for approximately 15 minutes. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you. Infants are counted within the max occupancy of our home and should be registered as children. We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services. Fees for add on services are listed below and shall be paid directly to owner via Stripe. There was enough room for my boyfriend and I and plenty of space for at least two more people. The hot tub was fantastic and there was everything we needed included in the tiny home. The location was also perfect for hiking MTTA trails and areas within the national park.The hosts were also very communicative. We loved our stay at this tiny house! It’s so much bigger inside than it seems from the outside and was the perfect spot for us. We stayed for a nearby wedding, and most of the other guests stayed at a hotel/lodge— they were all envious that we were staying somewhere with such beautiful views and outdoor spaces. I spent so much time reading in the backyard and it was peaceful and relaxing. I also have to say that it felt very private and secluded, even though there were several nearby homes. I actually liked knowing that there were others nearby, but we still got the feel of it being remote. We didn’t get a chance to use many of the amenities like the hot tub, grill, fire pit, etc, but hopefully we can come back another time to utilize them. Even though the house looked quaint, it felt very updated inside with everything you could ever need. I’d 100% recommend this home and we hope to return with our toddler sometime! ##### Lynnea M.
