Climb to panoramic views, relax by the natural spring. Sleep in plush comfy queen beds with blackout curtains, refresh in a rain shower. Stream movies in the cozy living room, then grill out on the deck surrounded by nature. Gather around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. In this modern expansive 400 sqft Tiny home, cook, laugh, and breathe in fresh mountain air while supporting local businesses. Book your stay! THE LAND Nestled in 9 acres of mountainous land, you'll be in contact with nature while being less than 10min away from West Asheville. There is another 800sqft home 50 yards and sleeps four people. You can also rent it if available and more people want to join your trip! You can walk the property to the top, with incredible views, and the natural spring at the bottom. THE SLEEPING AREA (LOFT) We have two rooms with queen beds and blackout curtains. THE BATHROOM Enjoy a modern bathroom with a relaxing rain shower. THE LIVING ROOM Comfy sofas, smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows and movies, and sound-system. YARD On the side of the home, there is more seating and a fire pit with wood that is provided THE KITCHENETTE Mini-fridge, microwave (with oven &air fryer functions), 2 burner cooktop, and utensils if you prefer to cook at home! BEARS There may be wildlife on the property and there are black bears in this area of North Carolina so we ask that you don’t leave any food outside. Encounters are rare in our property, but we will share some tips in case you need them! PETS We allow up to 2 dogs, maximum 50lb each. Our pet fee is $100, per stay. The first pet fee will be included in you rate when you book if you select you are bringing pets, and we will request the second one via VRBO. STEPS There are 6 steps to access the loft area (bed/bathroom) BLINDS Blinds were installed post-pictures and are installed in the bedroom area for privacy. There is an above-bed window, 8-ft tall that does not have blinds. GUEST ACCESS You are welcome to explore the 9-acres of land where the property is nestled. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of the other property, specially if we have other guests staying. The land is delimited by pink survey markings, anything beyond that is not our property, so we ask you to stay within the markings. Love the design and layout of the house! Very upscale and modern! It’s located up on the side of the property but you should not need 4 wheel drive to get there. A hot tub was a welcome surprise as it was not mentioned originally on VRBO and the host Mathew was great! He left dog treats for our pup and flowers and wine as an anniversary gift. The property is very private and he has another tiny home rental a little further up the drive. Overall I would highly recommend this cute Tiny house!
