We enjoyed the central location of the condo, just up from the breweries and walking distance to many great restaurants. Checkin was easy, and the place was very clean, exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.
Great condo in a great location. Location was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and breweries. Condo was very clean and just as represented. Only downside was the street noise at night.
Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.
Condo was comfortable and clean. Good location within walking distance to restaurants. Parking was secure and convenient. The condo is perfect for two couples with two master bedrooms with bathrooms. Will definitely recommend this condo.
conveniently located for walking to pretty much anywhere downtown. Plenty to do close by. Our only complaint is noise from the street and the other units in the building. The walls and windows seem very thin for such a high-end condo
Awesome, comfortable, clean condo in a great location
We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! Thank you!
My husband and I love visiting Asheville and come up at least a couple of times a year. This condo has to be the most beautiful and comfortable rental property that we’ve stayed at to date. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture, which isn’t always the case and makes lounging not as pleasurable. The home was clean with secure parking which we love because we tend to walk everywhere.
The location is great, with a food coop, restaurants and shops very close by.
I highly recommend visiting the best coffee shop in Asheville which is tucked away and also within walking distance, Penny Cup Coffee.
We would love to stay again on our future trips. Thank you!
Condo is wonderful. Super clean. Huge. Feels very secure. Location is right in the center of everything. But, if you’re not someone who loves city life, or has not lived in a big city, be ready for all the things that go with that lifestyle. Fire station is about a quarter mile away. Expect sirens after midnight. Neighborhood bars are great in the day, but remember, they stay open till 1 or 2 am. Dogs bark down the hall and the neighbor’s kids cry.
We enjoyed our stay, and loved the city, but remember why we moved to the country.
It’s all about perspective.
