Idéalement situé en 1ère ligne de mer et très proche de la plage "les pieds dans l'eau";  
spacieux appartement de 160m2 comprenant:  
Luxueux séjour donnant sur une terrasse de 80m2 bien aménagée et située face à la mer avec vue panoramique.  
Salle à manger  
Cuisine parfaitement bien équipée,  
avec 2 vaisselles mais un seul évier  
Salle d'eau dans l'entrée  
Chambre parentale avec salle de bain douche attenante  
2ème chambre avec un grand lit  
3ème chambre d'enfant (mamad)avec 2 lits simples + lit de bébé  
Salle de bain complète avec baignoire  
Buanderie avec lave linge  
Climatisation centrale  
Apple TV et internet Wifi  
Conviendrait à une famille de 4-5 personnes extrêmement respectueuses du bien d'autrui.  
Vous devez me contacter pour chaque réservation afin de faire valider vos dates de séjour par les propriétaires avant confirmation.  
La consommation en électricité n'est pas comprise dans le prix.  
Elle sera calculée selon les relevés du compteur électrique à l'arrivée et avant le départ, au coût de 0.7sh/KWh. Payable avant de partir.  
Un chèque de caution de 2000§ est exigé à l'arrivée, il sera restitué avant le départ si pas de dégâts dans l'appartement et après avoir payé les frais d'électricité.
