Clean with lots of storage and a large balcony.
Room was very comfortable and clean.
The staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable with every need or question.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is located in an high urban area, close to attractions yet it has that beautiful spa resort zen feel.

"We stayed 6 nights at the Roxon. The hotel is located right across the street from an amazing sandy Mediterranean beach. The lobby was well lit, clean and spacious and staffed by friendly greeters at the desk who were knowledgable with the area and gave us good advice throughout our stay. Location is right on the popular Bat Yam tayelet with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room was a standard queen with a partial sea view. AC worked great for the high heat in Israel. "Very good location (right across the beach and close to marina), servicies, and very helpfull staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast. The prices was reasonable for the service and location. The facilities were a bit old, but that was the only minus. This is certainly the best place to stay in Ashkelon, if you want to be by the beach and not in the downtown (away from the beach)."
