The room was in a neglected state , toilet didn’t flush properly, pillows paper thin, bed rock hard, walls thin, constant banging outside, room smelt damp , very bright flashing from smoke alarm right above bed all night ..a large group of us stayed here for one night and nobody slept well at all. ...
