In 1 min ist man zu Fuss am Beginn der Fussgängerzone, in 5 min am See. Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft und soweit gut eingerichtet, mit einem bequemen Sofa. Der Esstisch innen ist allerdings aus Platzgründen nicht so gross, und ebenfalls aus Platzgründen muss man auf Hockern sitzen, die man bei Nichtgebrauch unter den Tisch schieben kann.
