Size: 275 m3 indoor space, big garden and 3 acres of private forest surrounding the house (all fenced)  
  
Facilities: Swimming Pool (17x7 meters open/close), Tennis court, Bocce court, Table tennis, BBQ  
  
Location: Located on top of one of the hills of Ascoli Piceno (\~600 meter altitude) in a heaven of nature and privacy, it is just 10 minutes from the main square of Ascoli Piceno (Pizza del Popolo), and 30 minutes from San Benedetto with endless beaches and seafood restaurants!  
  
Fits any interests: beach and relax, art and culture, sightseeing, sports and culinary. Ideal location to discover central Italy.  
  
Please note:  
EUR 1500 fully refundable security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival. At the check-in, guests will be provided with the inventory list; for any existing damages to the property or furniture, guests are asked to notify the hosts within 24 hours.
