complicated parking
Great but parking situation very complicated + inconvenient. After finding our way to the hotel (after having to call them because we had to go down streets that said "residents only" she gave us the name of a municipal parking garage, which was 6-7 km away driving... not as far walking back to the hotel.

Fantastic property, in beautiful environment
We are travelling all Italy by car over 3 months and this was our favourite stay. Our host was Maurizio and he was most helpful. I hate constant air conditioning and this room had under floor heating and cooling which was perfect. 5 minute walk to great Restaurant, great food, wine and reasonable pricing. Many places to visit close by, and property served great breakfast and covered parking. Fabulous stay, we highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in Ascoli Piceno
Great hotel located centrally to the Piazzi's and shops in the old part of the city. Service was fabulous and the Italian breakfast was well presented. While the building is probably hundreds of years old, the hotel has all of the modern conveniences while preserving the charm of the past. Since it is located in the old part of the city, there is no parking nearby but that is part of the appeal...no concerns about traffic flying by the front door! The staff was helpful arranging taxis and giving tips for enjoying the area.

Clean, character filled decor, opening windows, big bathroom, we had terrace, central location so can walk everywhere, wonderful staff, huge number of high quality restaurants close to hotel, walking distance from station.

Lovely accommodation
Beautifully renovated hotel in the centre of gorgeous Ascoli Piceno for a very reasonable price. Room was lovely, very comfortable, quiet and an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was poor. Park in Torricelli car park and the hotel has an arrangement whereby you only pay €5 for 24 hours. Would return for sure.

Great staff and rooms!
So amazing- the staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. Centrally located- very easy to get around Ascoli. Could not recommend more!

A fantastic place to stay in Ascoli
Albergo Sant'Emidio is a wonderful small hotel in the heart of Ascoli. The two hosts, Assunta and Andrea were warm and friendly and could not have been more helpful. The whole hotel, recently refurbished, is light and spacious. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed with sparkling bathroom and wonderful king sized bed.

The town is lovely and the hotel is well situated for walking. However, the rooms were VERY tiny. We upgraded to a 323 square foot double superior, with a jetted bath, so we could have more space. However, the room was 13x13 with a very small bathroom and no jetted bath. We showed them what Hotels.com listed as features but they did not provide us with the room we rented, but a smaller and less desirable room. Staff were nice, but did not speak English. Breakfast was not exceptional - they had corn flakes & rice krispies (generic), yogurt, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, individually wrapped American cheese, a couple of slices of meat, and several types of pastries and baked goods, plus some sugary "juice." Rooms were recently renovated so they are in good condition. Hotel is a bit hard to find but nice inside.

a fine place in a most charming town
difficult to find. go to the piazza del duomo, then walk about half the way down. turn right and keep going, about 30 meters. street names change two or three times. room is small, and has no tv in english, but it is sufficient for needs.

A Italiain surprise
Ascoli was just a stop over for us. But we happened on the local Sant Emidio's day with events in the square and basil ceremonies in the cathedral. Great Italian experience. The hotel was newly refurbished and located in the heart of the city. We had a car with us and there was a public car park just around the corner. Slight minus...the breakfast was a bit dull.

Comfortable, small hotel in fantastic location
Enjoyed our stay in this small, family hotel. Elegant, air- conditioned rooms ( appreciated in 30+ temperatures!) and free wifi. Great location in the Centro Storico.

Ho trovato incongruenze tra quanto riportato su Expedia e quanto proposto dall’albergo esempio orario colazione su Expedia 10,30 mattina richiesto dall’albergo 9,45. Aggiungo che sempre per la colazione non mi è mai capitato di dover compilare un modulo la sera prima er dichiarare quanti cornetti avrei mangiato la mattina seguente o cosa avrei bevuto , tutto questo giustificato dall’evitare lo spreco. Per ultimo il archeggio non ben specificato su Expedia risultava un archeggio convenzionato a pagamento a 3 km in macchina e 3 m a orso . Er il resto vorrei aggiungere un servizio nella norma tenuto che visto il periodo ho agosto ben 356€ due sere.Propongo più chiarezza nei dettagli, grazie

La struttura è deliziosa, e se ne percepisce lo charme sin dalla reception. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato è confortevolissima, e si percepisce un gratificante clima di accoglienza; la colazione è eccellente, così come la professionalità della signora che la gestisce. Chiudo tornando alla reception, con apprezzamento top per la manager: la Sig.ra Assunta è un perfetto mix di classe e cortesia, e anche l'occhio...

Perfekt hotel i en meget spændende by
Hotellet er fint placeret i den absolutte bymidte og afstanden til parkeringshus anbefalet af hotellet ubetydelig. Det var første gang vi var i byen og vi følte os rigtig godt tilpas.

Hotel molto centrale
Hotel con una posizione molto comoda rispetto al centro storico. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggio in convenzione, anche se un po' distante dall'albergo. La colazione è discreta. Le stanze e il bagno sono ben tenute e provviste del necessario.

Posizione ottima, struttura molto curata , il parcheggio esterno non è semplice da raggiungere in auto, va impostato nel navigatore; percorso pedonale di ritorno semplice. Hotel situato tra le due piazze principali è ideale per visitare Ascoli.

No coração de Ascoli Piceno
Excelente localização, no centro histórico da linda Ascoli Piceno, ao lado da Piazza del Poppolo. Quartos espaçosos e alguns deles com jacuzzi. O café da manhã é bom, com grande variedade de frutas,pães e doces. Os funcionários foram gentis e atenciosos.

Semplicemente perfetto.
Stanza molto confortevole in un hotel a 100 metri dalla piazza principale di Ascoli. Parcheggio comodissimo convenzionato con l'hotel. Tutto perfetto.

Salve. Ci dispiace se il soggiorno non è stato di suo gradimento. Il personale cerca di dare sempre il massimo per creare un clima piacevole e regalere una piacevole esperienza. Cercheremo se ci sarà una nuova occasione di fare ancora meglio sicuramente. La camera standard (scelta da lei) è la più piccolina rispetto alla superior che ha misure più ampie, comunque i mq sono scritti su tutte le tipologie di stanze ci rammarichiamo che non lo ha notato, la grafica del sito di vendita di expedia non la decidiamo noi. Le auguriamo il meglio. Cordiali saluti
