An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities.
On the top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 2 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy.
