The quiet, central location at the entrance to town—coming from the direction of Chiemsee—makes this house, with its two holiday apartments, an ideal starting point for a relaxing yet varied holiday. Both apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible: one is located on the ground floor, and the other is on the ground floor and can be easily reached via a stairlift. The bathrooms are not specifically wheelchair-accessible but still offer comfortable freedom of movement. Just a few steps from the house is the bus stop, from which you can easily travel towards Chiemsee or into the town centre. The train station is about a ten-minute walk away and opens up further excursion possibilities in the region. A free parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the apartments.
This ground-floor, bright, and cosily furnished non-smoking holiday apartment offers the ideal place to relax in its 40 m². Warm hardwood floors and a harmoniously designed living space create a welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living area features a large dining table with a cosy corner bench, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, and a kettle. A comfortable pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space for a third and fourth person. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights, while the bathroom—equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine—makes even longer stays comfortable. A special highlight is the large, covered terrace, which invites you to linger at any time of day. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in this apartment.
The surrounding area is perfect for leisurely walks—such as along the accessible nature trail at the Moorbadeplatz, through the idyllic Bärnsee nature reserve, or to the popular Café Pauli with its cosy beer garden. E-bike tours into the Chiemgau Alps and the surrounding lake landscape are also a great option and will make your stay especially varied. It’s just 100 metres to the Orthopedic Children’s Clinic and a 10-minute walk to the town centre, which offers various shopping options, restaurants, cafés, and the train station with connections to Munich and Salzburg. You can use the bus and train for free with your guest card.
