  • We rent out our beautiful holiday home for up to 4 people in the cultural city of Aschaffenburg.<br>Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Aschaffenburg in a quiet residential area.<br>The modernly furnished gardener’s cottage offers the highest level of comfort.<br>Whether it’s a bathroom with a shower and tub or a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, our house offers everything you need for your holiday.<br>The house is divided into a living area with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a bedroom. There is also an additional room in addition to the sleeping area.<br>This makes the house perfect for up to 4 people.<br>The terrace opens directly off the bedroom and faces south. .<br><br>The price listed is per night (minimum stay of 2 nights) for up to 4 people, including energy and utility costs, as well as VAT (excluding local tourist tax).<br>We charge a flat fee of €85.00 for final cleaning.<br>Your pet is welcome here. The fee is €15.00 per night per pet. Please let us know in advance!<br><br>With its many attractions, such as the Collegiate Basilica and the imposing Johannesburg Castle—the city’s landmark—Aschaffenburg offers plenty of opportunities for a short getaway. The Main River is perfect for boat tours, and the dock is just a few minutes’ drive away.<br><br>A supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery are within walking distance or easily accessible by bike.<br>Aschaffenburg also has a variety of restaurants and cosy little wine bars. In the summer, the beer gardens in the area are perfect for dining and relaxing.<br>Aschaffenburg’s city centre is a great place for shopping. However, there are also many parks where you can relax and unwind. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br>Just a 30-minute drive away is Mespelbrunn Water Castle. A beautiful historic castle that is still inhabited today by the count’s family.<br>Aschaffenburg is also a great starting point for cyclists to explore the Main Cycle Route.<br><br>We would be delighted to welcome you as guests in our holiday home and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Gärtnerhaus an der Gentilburg

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Objekt nicht so wie erwartet. Dies ist sicher auch dem alten Gemäuer geschuldet. Bei der vorherigen Kommunikation hatten wir gefragt, ob ein Staubsauger im Objekt vorhanden ist. Dies wurde verneint. Es war dann aber doch ein Staubsauger vorhanden, den wir dann erstmalreinigen mussten, um

Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Bei mehr als 2 Personen wäre eine zweite Toilette nett. Ein Bäcker, ein gutes italienisches Restaurant sowie 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in 100-300m Umkreis. Parkplätze sind auf der Seite der Leimeisterstr. Kleinere Wanderung sind in Haibach bzw. Steiger gut möglich. Für den Weg zum Zentrum ist eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, es gibt aber auch Parkhäuser.

Leuk huisje

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub Das Häuschen war sauber, geräumig und hatte ein super gutes Bett und bis auf eine Waschmaschine war alles da und hat uns gut gefallen. Wir wussten einfach nicht, wo wir unseren Müll entsorgen sollten. Beide Bereiche für den Müll waren verschlossen und wir hatten auch keinen Schlüssel. Glücklicherweise konnten wir es in der ersten Woche im Container von Hausnummer 2 einlagern. Sie haben uns geraten, unser Auto auf der Straße zu parken, weil Sie die Parkplätze am Haus bereits vermietet hatten. Dies hat zu einer Geldstrafe geführt. Danach parkten wir das Auto auf den bereits gemieteten Plätzen. Ansonsten waren wir absolut zufrieden und würden dieses schöne Haus auch in Zukunft gerne wieder nutzen. schön gelegen, moderne Einrichtung / als Unterkunft, um im Spessart zu wandern bestens geeignet / die Kleinigkeiten, die uns fehlten, sind sicher inzwischen vorhanden
