Private: natural state property 2'800 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Bathing place. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Karlshamn" 12 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 180 km, sandy beach "Långasjön" 5.5 km, rocky beach 30 m, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course (27 hole) 10 km, fishing possibilities 30 m. Please note: petrol engines are not allowed in the sea.

Bright, renovated in 2013, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 40 - 140 cm with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Freezer approx. 60 l. The external fireplace is not available. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The sound of silence

A nice, quiet and a beautiful place to relax. Hidden in the woods but close to urban facilities. Beautiful lake view from the terrace and living room. Stabile Internet connection. The hosts were friendly and a had a discreet presence. We would very much recommend this beautiful spot.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, im Herbst ist es wunderschön da . Blick aus dem Fenster auf See und die bunten Bäume. Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön. Die Wanderwege sind traumhaft. Viele Pilze gesammelt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschönes Haus, mit traumhafter Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Schweden zu Gast und es war ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön, direkt an einem See. Man kann abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen. Die Eigentümer sind herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind dankbar, dass Haus entdeckt zu haben. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde

Das Haus liegt direkt am See. Tolle Aussicht auf den See auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Es ist super ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln - 10 von 10 Punkten. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Haus in Schweden. Trotz durchwachsenem Wetter war es sehr erholsam. Man solltenauf jeden Fall eine Werkstour bei Absolut Vodka in Åhus machen. Sehr interessant.
