9/10 Wonderful! (2,377 reviews)
Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet.
We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity.
The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned.
Thank you Miss Soyoka.

The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

"The hotel location was ideal and at the train/subway station, including a direct access to the station. The room had 3 beds and was also ideal for our family. The room cleanliness was fine but lacking in common areas such as hallways and elevators. We stayed for 3 nights and saw the same common areas ..."
