This hotel was super affordable, but also super dated. Definitely a no-frills experience. They do not offer luggage storage which was the only service I would have wanted. It’s clean and safe, but definitely feels like it’s stuck in another decade and the hallway smelled. The site mentioned there is onsen but there is no onsen available in the property. The 7th floor corridor have a kerosene smell. The water pressure for the shower was very low and our feedback was ignored. Scruffy (wallpaper hanging off, funny smell etc) but I'm not too bothered about that. The email I received after booking said the front desk was open 6:30 til 22:00\. When I arrived at lunch to leave my baggage before check-in (and I emailed ahead to check it was ok) there was nobody there, and no sign saying when someone would be back. I waited around 45mins before eventually going and finding the cleaners who were helpful.
