There were 3 rooms with 6 beds so more than enough room for what we need. Couldn't get the water heater to work at first but once the gas was turned on properly all worked fine. My 6 years old daughter open the door but the glass on the door is broken for some reason ( rainy with wind or a big hit by her). She is hurt. I told to the hotel but none can provide the help. Next morning, they are very polite to ask for the fixing money but no any word to ask who is hurt. Overall, the apartment is spacious and tidy, suitable for a family of 5\. Guests are given complimentary access to the onsen, which is good. I wish to compliment the fronk desk manager, Mr. Arao for being very customer centric.
