We let staff know and they did move us to another room but it was smaller and actually a downgrade from what we originally paid for, with no other compensation. This is disappointing because I already feel like the hotel is expensive for what it is. Ontop of that, upon spending time in the new room, there was still a slight smoke smell, I imagine it was from the cloth chairs which retained the smell.
