The first bedroom (1 double bed) has a closet.  
Upstairs: a landing/mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet, a second bedroom (1 double bed) has a chest of drawers, and a third bedroom (3 single beds) has storage.  
The enclosed landscaped garden measures approximately 300 m² and features a terrace. Garden furniture is provided.  
The outbuilding includes a combined washing machine and dryer, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.  
Baby equipment: a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, and a safety gate.
