In a quiet location, this charming, detached contemporary house of approximately 85 m² comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a living room, a dining room with a wood-burning stove and TV opening onto a wooden terrace and the garden, a kitchenette (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric filter coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee machine), a toilet, a shower room, and a first bedroom (one double bed) with a built-in wardrobe.  
  
Upstairs: a landing/mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet, a second bedroom (one double bed) with a chest of drawers, and a third bedroom (three single beds) with storage.  
  
The enclosed landscaped garden of approximately 300 m² includes a terrace and garden furniture.  
  
There is also an outbuilding with a washer-dryer and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.  
  
Baby equipment: a travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a safety gate.  
  
PETS: NO  
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a security deposit of €800.
