The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast is included with a huge offering of many Tanzanian and healthy choices. The staff was exceptionally helpful getting us transport to the airport and with all other travel needs.

Only luxary hotel around

This is a very western style hotel - you feel for a moment outside. The gardens are very nice and the staff in resturant are great.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well.

Great location

We stayed at Four Points Arusha for a night before our safari. The hotel is conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from Arusha Airport, and the staff at the check-in desk were very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms had a musty smell, and smelled like stale cigarettes, and the air conditioning was very noisy, even when switched off.

Good location and good service.

Short business trip. Excellent location. Good variety at breakfast. Good sized room. Two downsides - the gowns are so small even a child would find it difficult to fit in; and no local/Swahili food on the menu!! While in Tanzania we should have access to local food!
