The bungalow is very comfortable, clean and tidy and even pet friendly! Communication with the host was effortless and I was made to feel very welcome. "My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or longer term."

"the carpet in lounge was very dirty, and looking at previous reviews. this has been the case for at least the last 2 years, unless you locked the front door behind you, the front door was rattling. there was a small hole in one of the douvet covers and limited cookware, the hose to the onsite vacuum was not fitting, there was no wifi in the house and only main stream tv channels, in todays world thats very basic, wifi was advertised, the leather sofa arms had what looked like scratch marks on them, which was splitting the leather. and no bath towls, and we wont even talk about the parking ticket we got, while at the time displaying a disabilty blue badge"
