"Great location! I was there for a Keuka College event and it is perfect spot between Penn Yann and the college. Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Easy check-in process and Pat was great with communication."

"What a wonderful place to stay. The home is lovely, very clean, had many amenities, and was perfectly located to get around the lakes to do wine tastings. I reached out twice for information and within seconds I got a warm friendly response. We would definitely stay here again. And, thanks for the information booklet and all materials about the area … it was all so very helpful."

"Central location, the canal is right across and onsite kayaks were a great addition. Kitchen has everything we were looking for. Two gripes I had were the cleanliness of the rooms upstairs, they were a little dusty and our room had way too many spiders. Also, one room smelt of weed, but after turning on the provided fans the smell seemed to go away a little. The other thing is the noise from outside does travel in, keeping the fans on helped a little with white noise.Customer service for the property promptly picks phone and responds - One standing fan was missing blades but was promptly replaced. Bathroom showers are small, so there was no way to avoid water splashing out during a shower. However, I like they had enough towels for our group of 8- I only had to launder the towels once during our 4 night stay, They have provided a lot of board games to play, our group with younger/older kids and adults really enjoyed using it after a long day outside. We also enjoyed the grill outside, but be careful there might be a very cute tabby cat that might be looking for some tidbits to eat :)"

"The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street."
