"We had a wonderful stay for 5 days. The just was super when communicating and timely. We were the first of the season staying… the cottage was very clean and tidy! Great new kitchen… Weather was variable ( Rain, sun AND SNOW) but not the hosts control… haha. But would be great to enjoy the view and porches. Simple cottage and just what we were looking for! Thank you and hope to be back for future visits!"

"Our family of two adults and two older teens enjoyed our stay at this property. For the kids, the huge game collection was a plus, I think we played at least seven different games. The outdoor space was nice to play darts on one warmer evening. The space indoors was a good size. Shower is very small but it did the trick. Location is probably the biggest bonus here. Restaurants, bakery, little shops, even the grocery store are all within a five minute walk. The kids could walk into town easily on their own. Penn Yan is a good jumping off point for wineries on both Seneca and Keuka Lakes. "
