"We checked into our room and everything was okay until we tried turning on the tv and I went to use the restroom. The tv remote didn’t work but that was the least of our problems. When I got up from the toilet I stepped in pee that was in front of the toilet. It wasn’t a little bit either as there was an entire puddle. I immediately hopped in the shower and when to the front desk to get our room changed. The attendant apologized and asked if I took a picture but I didn’t because I was too pissed to even think of that. We ended up getting our room changed at no charge but a refund or at least partial refund would’ve been greatly appreciated. This was my first time at a sleep inn and will definitely be my last. Going forward I’ll pay the extra $50 for a holiday inn."

"It's a fairly new building. Very modern with classic touches... fantastic bar and in a very convenient location. It's not cheap so if you're on a budget I'd set this one out. But if you're in The Heights for any occasion... spend the money and enjoy!!"
