L'équipe 5stars est très professionnel et très réactif. Il y a la rue commerçante du centre d'Arta à 5 mins à pieds dans laquelle il y a plein de belle boutiques et de restaurants. Il y a aussi juste à proximité un circuit de marches qui mène à la cathédrale d'Arta avec une vue plongeante assez sympathique. Les plages les plus proches sont à 15 mins en voiture. 3 des 5 chambres donnent sur le jardin donc sont au calme.
