The Villa has the charm of a typical Mallorcan house built on a single floor with exposed beams and very bright. It has 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, three of them en suite. The outdoor area has a large porch with a sofa area where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue that is available next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable hammocks and enjoy the wonderful views available. The house is surrounded by gardens and has a private tennis court. All this in a natural environment, quiet environment and with plenty of sun throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset. Distribution The house, over 200 square meters on one floor, is a large building that faces the mountains. It has 4 double rooms, two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. There are 4 full bathrooms, 3 of them en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it a spacious living room with sofas, flat screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi and a large terrace with beautiful views. Outside, the garden area of ​​more than 2000 square meters houses the tennis court, the 8x4m pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Comfort and services: Parking, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Tennis Court. Fully equipped with sheets and towels. Note 1\. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2\. Das Haus hat alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden (3 Paare) brauchen: 3 Doppelzimmer mit Bad en Suite, geräumiger Wohnraum, eine etwas rustikale, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen tollen Pool mit genügend Sonnenliegen. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen der schöne Tennisplatz! Alcudia und Port d'Alcudia sind fußläufig bequem in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass einem Einkaufbummel, einem Stand- oder Restaurantbesuch ohne Auto nichts im Weg steht. Und der Service von Mallorca Holiday Properties war auch wieder hervorragend. Danke dafür an Jose Luis, Xisco und Froydis! Die Filter-Kaffeemaschine ist etwas träge (Brühvorgang setzt ständig aus). Vielleicht wäre hier mal eine Neuanschaffung hilfreich. Die Villa war umfangreich ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig (und gleichzeitig zentral) gelegen. Sowohl die Altstadt von Alcudia als auch Strand und Hafen von Port d'Alcudia waren in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war vor und während des Aufenthalts hervorragend. Kleine Mängel wurde noch während des Aufenthalts abgestellt, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. To repeat! Definitely one of the most beautiful and complete villas and experience that we have lived. The villa is perfect for families as it has a large pool where our children have spent most of their time. Both Lenka and Joan have been very attentive to our needs. They have recommended us good restaurants, boat routes, excursions. Of course I have to emphasize the tennis court! It has been wonderful to be able to play tennis during our stay, it has also been entertainment for our children.
