It has a private pool, ping pong table and wonderful corners to disconnect during your holidays. This wonderful rustic finca with beautiful views of the Majorcan countryside offers a magnificent private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 5 meters and with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters. You can relax on the 6 sun loungers with two umbrellas after bathing. There are several outside corners where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. Privacy is total in this property. The 2-story house sports a traditional and comfortable style. In the living room, with AC and pellet stove, you can rest on the comfortable sofa and watch satellite TV. The dining room also with AC is independent, like the kitchen that is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house has 4 bedrooms. The first three are on the ground floor, two with single beds and one with a double bed. Two of them also have AC. The bedroom on the first floor also offers 2 twin beds, AC and access to a wonderful terrace with incredible views of the fields. In the house there are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Artà is a wonderful town in the northeast of Mallorca full of charm and tradition. It offers all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The area is dotted with beautiful beaches like the beach of Canyamel, just 4.7 km from the property. Playing golf can be an alternative during your holidays, and the nearest course is Canyamel Golf, only 4.2 km away. Please note that animals such as chickens, geese, and cats live on the property, so please take care with your pet. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome.
