It’s a beautiful place to stay but the downside for us was the pools were semi green so we didn’t enjoy them though the last day someone was cleaning them. We upgraded our room that had a jacuzzi on the balcony but when we were filling it up it was leaking water from the pipes, mind you we were on the 4th floor. The inconvenience of that was having to pack up & change rooms.
The beaches had a black flag so we couldn’t enjoy that but of course for our safety. Also speaking of safety there was spilled water while getting dropped off in the front with transportation & I slipped.
Over all 7 out 10. The staff was great overall.
