Our overall stay was pretty good. The dining options were okay and most required a dress code consisting of long pants for the men and all we packed were shorts and swimsuits (we were on vacay) so that was a little silly and inconvenient. The staff however were wonderful and the property is absolutely beautiful.

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Cada año vicito este hotel ,esta vez estube en Vista encantada mi experiencia fue unica.Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos .Las personas son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa ,la comida super y con mucha variedad,El dasayuno en las Maria's lo mejor .Los restaurantes super. Tuve la oportunidad de ir al SPA es unico nunca he visto otro igual. Yo fui en plan familiar y es muy seguro.

I highly recommend this resort. I injured my foot on the first day and the hotel staff helped me with anything I needed. Management made sure I still enjoyed my time there, everyone was very hospitable. I’m very appreciative of the kindness that was given. The food exceeded my expectations, lots of different places to eat. There was also great shuttle service to get around the resort. That helped me get around with my injury. My overall experience was excellent and would definitely stay here again!
