It was so horrible that I took photos. The only saving grace for the entire stay was the staff. They were incredible. "Upon arrival, our room was clean & we were able to check in a little early than 3 p.m. The staff was very professional & checked us in promptly. Later in the evening we went to the bar for drinks & decided to eat supper while there. The food was excellent & Leslie, the bartender was gracious, professional & very knowledgeable of the questions I asked. She was included in the conversations several of us at the bar were having & she talked very highly of MGM Elegante. We will revisit this hotel on our next trip. Although they were in a renovating stage; it did not interrupt our stay at all."

"I got there around 9:00 p.m. and the clerk was very rude, and she sent me all the way to the back where the rooms were really dirty and there was practically no cars in the parking lot other than mine, the door did not have a lock and the control to the TV was not working the room looks like it has not been mopped in a while for a couple bucks more I could have got a better hotel really on satisfied with this place"

"Room is in need of repairs and serious cleaning. The furniture is stained. The breakfast is a bad joke. The worst thing is the anti-2A sign on the door. Unless you walk in the back door, no sign there. This sign makes me feel very unsafe. When criminals are the only ones able to carry a weapon. I alway appreciate the thought that a good guy with a weapon may be there. This is something Expedia should have available on their site. Good information to know when picking out a hotel. "
