You will appreciate the living space of this modern apartment, completely renovated in 2024, its exposure, its view and its terrace.  
  
It consists of a living room and an equipped kitchen, offering a breathtaking view of the port of Ars-en-Ré and has a beautiful wooden terrace of 27m² not overlooked.  
  
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe and opens onto the terrace  
  
The second bedroom is through, it is equipped with two 80cm beds and a wardrobe. (Possibility of bringing the 2 beds together to make a double bed)  
  
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a towel dryer, a washing machine and a dryer.
