The property manager told us there had been a mix up on their end with cleaners but did not apologize. We were unable to get in for another 21/2 hours. All 5 of us were put on hold and our dog was stuck in the car for another 21/2 hours. The property manager never called to check that we got in and did not wave the cleaning fee.
